DESCRIPTION:\n\nDe 10:30 a 13:30 horas.\nReservas a través del email actividadesculturales.mgreco@cultura.gob.es \n\nLa Candelaria es una fiesta que se celebra el 2 de febrero por los cristianos y que tiene sus raíces en los ritos precristianos vinculados al triunfo de la luz.Significa el momento en que la luz triunfa sobre la oscuridad y hay muchos proverbios, refranes y costumbres populares que así lo reflejan. Esta vinculación con el triunfo de la luz se demuestra con la tradición de bendecir y encender velas. En la cultura cristiana la Candelaria señala el día en que Jesús fue presentado en el Templo y curiosamente en muchos lugares el belén se desmonta justo después de esta fecha y se da por acabado el periodo navideño. En este taller desvelaremos el origen de esta fiesta y de cómo los romanos celebraron con lámparas y antorchas este paso a la luz ante las tinieblas del invierno en las llamadas fiestas Lupercales.\n
